RYAN RINER
Partner
Ryan has been in the Construction industry for 15 years and has managed multi-million dollar commercial and residential projects for large/high-end construction companies. Starting out as an apprentice carpenter at the age of 15; Ryan worked summers to make extra cash. After high school, he ended up jumping right into the construction world framing for a commercial construction company here in Modesto. Ryan eventually started to work his way up to becoming a Foreman, Field Superintendent, and Project Manager. And now, he can proudly call himself a Partner in this construction company with Josh Baker.
JOSH BAKER
Partner
Josh has been in the Construction industry for over 25 years and has extensive experience in both project management and field operations. Josh grew up in a farming family where hard work was a part of his daily life since he could walk. Josh picked up construction in college while he was playing football to make extra cash. After Josh's football career, he decided to continue down the path of construction. Josh built up his own residential/commercial remodeling company from the ground up starting in 1999. Josh has known Ryan for 15+ years and actually had Ryan work for him for miscellaneous projects as needed throughout the years and knew it would be the perfect fit to Partner up and build this construction company together.
